Initially International IT Services
requests that the client complete a WEBSITE
DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE. Once completed, one
of our analysts will meet with the client’s
team to review the requirements and obtain all
the necessary information to begin designing the
site. This phase of the project is like building
the foundation of a home – if it’s
not strong and carefully constructed, the house
will fall apart. Thorough analysis helps lay the
foundation for the client’s new home on
the web.
Design
During this phase, International IT Services reads through the analysis and then begins to put together the Design and Development Specification document that is presented to our client. If the proposed solution meets the clients' requirements, they sign off on the agreement and we begin to develop the site. If modifications are required after consultations with the client, we will adjust the design accordingly with the clients consent. Once we have examined the many possible design ideas we then focus on effectively executing the client’s objectives.
Development
During this phase, all of the graphics
work, programming, and development are completed.
Our development team will follow the design documentation,
component-by-component, screen-by-screen, to ensure
that specifications are met and the delivery schedule
is not compromised.

Delivery
Once development is complete, International IT Services will:
• Establish a testing site on the client web server for internal review
• Work closely with the client to test all aspects of the site
• Train the client on all aspects of site maintenance and how to update the site
• Contact the client’s hosting company and publish the new site
• Remain available for any future needs or upgrades |
