Effective management of all project phases requires a thorough understanding of the clients’ business strategies and objectives. Each client project begins with an in-depth analysis that determines the project scope. Based on the analysis we can determine the size and mix of International IT Services’ resources to design, implement, and support the client’s solution.

Every project is viewed in its entirety from beginning to end, and then is broken down into five basic phases. Specifically designed to suit International IT Services global delivery model, the delivery process consists of a series of solution frameworks that consists of best practices, implementation templates and guidelines. With the exception of the strategy phase, the activities in most phases of the project may be performed either on-site or off-site. The mix will depend on several issues including complexity, completeness of specs, environment, etc. We strongly recommend that the Strategy phase be done face-to-face with the client at their location. A typical mix of on-site and off-site for different phases is shown below.

Normally the on-site team members handle the majority of the work in the Discover and Plan phases. As the project moves into the implementation and optimization phases, the majority of the effort will typically shift to the outsource development centers.
