Michael has more than 25 years of IT experience and has successfully started and grown technology companies. Michael worked with IBM for over 10 years as a senior consultant leading a variety of projects from Artificial Intelligence utilizing Object Oriented technology to Sales force automation utilizing SAP.
In 1997, he founded LKSP Technologies, Inc. In the following two years he built the company into a top-tier ERP consulting firm by developing great team work and strong partnerships with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, SAP, Goodyear, Panasonic, Tenneco, and PWC. Within 18 months, LKSP reached revenues of approximately $15M and was sold to RCM Technologies, Inc. in April 1999.

In July 2000, Michael co-founded Mobile Reach International, Inc. (OTC: MBRI), a wireless middleware services company. He served as CEO of MRT during its first 6 months of existence. During this time, Michael organized the management team and established the US and European offices. Today, Michael serves as Chairman of the Board of this publicly traded company.

Michael has a keen vision for technology opportunities. He is focused on building an exceptional IT services company. He founded International IT Services in 2001 to realize the vision of a global, diversified software application development company. Since inception he has personally spearheaded development of service locations in the United States, Australia, China and Vietnam. He has assembled a global team with diverse experiences to lead the company.

 
Kimthanh (KT) started her career at a Fortune 500, but she has thrived as an entrepreneur. She has co-founded several start-ups, leading in the financial, technical, and alliance-building functions and was recently selected by the Business Journal for the 2002 Women in Business Awards.
Kimthanh Do-LeKT emigrated from Vietnam in 1984. After her undergraduate studies, she joined IBM as a computer engineer. She received numerous achievement and invention awards from IBM. One of her patents was deemed of greatest value to IBM PC Company in 1996. During her ten-year tenure there, her responsibilities grew to the point that she was the main liaison between IBM's Personal Computer development team and Microsoft for different projects

Her greatest success to date was an Enterprise Resource Planning consulting company, LKSP Technologies, founded in 1997. She served as CFO, and under her cash flow management, LKSP reached revenues of approximately $15M within 18 months. The company claimed customers such as Goodyear, Tenneco Packaging, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Brother International, and Panasonic. It was sold to a public company, RCM Technologies, which has nearly 300M in annualized sales at the time.

KT's 15 years of experience in engineering have prepared her very well for her new venture at International IT Services. KT has very strong management skills and is a true team player. She is a solid leader with the ability to initiate changes and implement new processes while maintaining a positive working environment.

KT earned her BS in computer engineering at Florida Atlantic University in 1988.
 
Phong John, an executive with a broad cultural background and 15 years of professional experience in the global IT industry, has managed numerous projects for multinational companies operating in Vietnam.

Phong John Nguyen has over 15 years of experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), starting in 1988 as a Member of the Technical Staff at Bellcore (Telcordia) in New Jersey.

Phong John first returned to Vietnam in 1992 as a volunteer for PACT (Private Agencies Collaborating Together), a non-government organization sponsored by the United Nations to promote ties between the United States and Vietnam. From 1995-1999 he worked at DNA where he started a Network Systems Integration business catering to the in-country needs of various Fortune 500 companies. He was then a business development manager for Siemens AG Information & Communication Network Services. In 2000, he became the general manager of Pacifica Solutions (Vietnam) and a lecturer at the RMIT International University Vietnam. In 2003, Phong John became the managing director of International IT Services Vietnam.

Phong John received an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1988 and an MA in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii in 1993. His engineering research was about system feedback and his anthropological research was about Vietnamese cultural changes. He is a PhD candidate at RMIT-Melbourne.

 
Ken has more than 23 years of IT experience. In the past 10 years, Ken managed a medical software company serving general practitioners, specialists, radiologists and physiotherapists.
His proprietary software handles billing, medical records, prescription writing and electronic claim submissions.Ken has worked for Telecom Australia, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organizations, and various IT organizations. He managed a supercomputer centre utilizing a Cray Y-MP to do seismic processing, graphics rendering and weather prediction. He has developed a computer-aided design system and real-time control systems. Ken has also worked as a consultant in the financial sector with a focus on consumer lending software applications.

Born in Saigon, Vietnam, Ken received a scholarship from the Australian Government for college education in 1973. After completing a Bachelor of Engineering, Ken went on to do a Bachelor of Science (majoring in computing), and then earned his Ph.D.
  Back
